To obtain a spay/neuter certificate from LSAR, mail your co-pay to:  P O Box 643, Polson, MT 59860.  Include your name, address and phone number; also include the pet's name, breed, age, color and sex.  We will mail your certificate to you and you can make an appointment with a local Veterinarian. 

 

To obtain a spay/neuter certificate from MVAS, take your co-pay to the Shelter on No. Reservoir Rd. and they will give you a certificate. 

 

Co-pay for cats:  $25/males; $30/females

Co-pay for dogs:  $40/males; $45 females
