Flynn

Flynn is back in the shelter through no fault of his own and up for adoption again. He moans and talks when you pet him.. and is the perfect basset for a family of older children and even a toddler...........Flynn tries to be very obedient; he eats and sleeps great and is a people person big time. Flynn is a healthy heartworm negative yr and half old neutered male. A GREAT FAMILY ADDITION.....maybe he has some shepherd in him??? Adoption donations are usually $120.00. There is always a 2 week trial period of adjustment to make sure our rescue fits into the family well. We strive for finding their "forever and ever homes". All rescues are to ALWAYS be returned to our rescue organization should one have to find another home due to "any" circumstance...that prevents the person/family to keep the pet for its lifetime.

FLYNN is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.

SNUGGLES

Snuggles is a wonderful basset with a great personality. He's been shuffled around a bit, but remains a happy and mellow old boy. Snuggles is neutered, up to date on shots and weighs 47 lbs. He loves to play with his tug-toy and gets along with everyone, other dogs and cats included. He will be eight years old in November and has lots of good years left.

For further information about Snuggles, please call Kathy McDonald at (307) 250-2262. You can also email Kathy, or visit her website at www.3dogrescue.com.

MARYJANE

Here comes three-year-old MaryJane known, aka "Missy". She's a gorgeous spayed gal who's sweet as can be! She arrived with her life-long companion, a male basset named Lucky (we're currently (June, 2010) assessing the possibility of adopting them out separately; but so far they appear to be very attached to each other). They were relinquished due to divorce. Maryjane is UTD, and thoroughly enjoys car rides. She needs a little training but is very intelligent, so teaching her to be well-mannered should be quite easy and fast. Chris Boothman, our associate up in Libby, Montana, is assisting with placement. For more information, please email: Chris Boothman , or call Chris at (406) 283-1950.

LUCKY

This handsome, talkative boy is Lucky. He's a BIG boy! He was relinquished, along with his life-long companion Maryjane, due to divorce. Consequently, Lucky will need an experienced basset owner to give him plenty of love and attention -- losing one's home is never easy and some, like Lucky, take it harder than others. Since he's pretty stout, we'll be reducing his food intake a little to get a slimmer waistline! He loves his lifelong friend, Maryjane, and we're assessing what their needs are for the best possible placement, i.e., whether to rehome separately, or keep them together. Chris Boothman, our associate up in Libby, Montana, is assisting with placement. For more information, please email: Chris Boothman , or call Chris at (406) 283-1950.

Ladybugger

Dragged down a hill on her back, thrown into a truck and dumped at a shelter...with her young basset/heeler mix puppy...both are here with us and doing wonderful ...as time goes on Ladybug is realizing people are nice but she still is afraid until she knows you better. If you have some time, and a lot of patience to befriend her, this 5 year young gal would make a wonderful family pet. She is house trained, allowed me to love her in my lap which is a huge improvement. please open your heart up to this adorable little basset mix. she is spayed, healthy, and gets along great with all pets and is very submissive. LADYBUGGER now walks nicely on a leash and she knows now she will not be harmed... please consider this sweet girl.
